Finally getting around to posting about this really, really, really cute ribbed sweater that I received from sheinside.com!!! The elbow patches are what got me. That and the sweet red. I'm imagining wearing it with white capris or tucked into short shorts & ankle booties.

Hope you have a great Saturday today. It's just gorgeous in Seoul!

I'm really transfixed with shorts at the moment. Here's a cute duo I have my eyes on (denim cutoffs & hot pink!) and a polka-dot shirt from the new TEXTILE Elizabeth and James lookbook.

BTW, Marloes is smokin' in it!!!

O M G. What a week it has been. I have been SO busy that all I want to do right now is catch up on some Zzzzzz's//
That and drool over this fantasy outfit I've managed to conjure up in my sleep-deprived stupor.

Not bad I know.

Sort of LOL-ing at my dodgy photo-shopping skills here. Please excuse. This is the sort of outfit I want to be wearing right now to the T...in thongs...and preferably lighting soy candles by the beach...Actually I just ordered the exact Wildfox tee above, can't wait to get into it for sure.

summer want: espadrilles

Forget Spring and fast forward to Summer. I am so entirely sick of the cold weather in Seoul that I'm constantly looking at beach images, surfing tropical destinations on the web and laying out outfit compilations on the bed involving TEE SHIRTS! As for shoes, espadrilles are definitely my choice summer footwear considering that I've always had a thing for jute rope heels. My own nude pair is currently warming the shoe bench as I write this. Though I wouldn't mind adding any of these colourful options to the closet:

Edmundo Castillo Sonia Rocio Espadrilles
Tory Burch Criss Cross Wedge
Rebecca Minkoff
Interlock Platform
Espadrilles
Dolce Vita Olly Suede
Espadrilles

NYFW: floral trending

Did you have a lovely Valentine's Day yesterday? What did you do? I did a girls-night-in which kind of morphed into a semi girls-night-out involving lots of mandatory cream puffs and chocolate flavoured wine.

I can't help but get a little jealous of missing out on all the ruckus that's happening in NYC for fashion week. For those of you who aren't there, I'm sure you feel the same. The weather does sound like it's rather nippy over there and I just want to applaud the awesome ladies wearing floral prints for trying to usher in Spring a little early.

I adore
Céline but I'm really not into the whole floral ON floral thing- a tad excessive- but I do love a good statement print and coloured blooms do hit the spot when done singularly. Shopbop has some great basic pieces to build-up on if you haven't already so click away: SHOP THE FLORAL TREND!

in the black

I'm pulling out inspiration from a lookbook from last year because it's so relevant for right now. A) because I'm all about wearing head-to-toe black nowadays. B) there's a lot to learn from wearing monochrome- you pay a lot more attention to textures and embellishments which add more interest to an outfit. And lastly C) a lot of these pieces are finally on SALE! Whoop!

Check'em out!

a striped sweater & a hobo handbag

After finding out that the Isabel Marant sweater that I want (look at post below) retails for about 500 dollars, I winced and preceded to scour the internet for something a little wallet-friendly. I finally found something similar for under 50 dollars and clicked over a slouchy bag (have been looking for a
hobo for aaaaages) at the same time except I chose mine in black. Will report back results soon.
